Bob provided me with specific information on alternatives, and based on my vehicle, recommended four Goodyear tires. I believe it was an excellent choice based on quality and value. Nicholas explained the service needs, and provided information on alternatives, where appropriate. I appreciated his frank, honest discussion. My Ridgeline was ready when promised, and I'm very happy with the new tires. I appreciate their efforts. In addition, the entire staff was friendly, and the new facility is fantastic. We live in Napa but drive to Santa Rose because of the outstanding service and care that we receive at every visit. Bill is professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. He always makes sure that our cars are kept in excellent condition. We spend a lot of time on the road and are thankful to receive this great service. Manley's "Magic" this is how to represent! I'm extremely impressed the new Manley Honda facility, but more impressed by the service experience given by the personnel. Now this dealerships been I'm extremely impressed the new Manley Honda facility, but more impressed by the service experience given by the personnel. Now this dealerships been around for many years and I've always been one to avoid going to the dealer for anything unless no other choice was available, but every things changed about how a dealership can exceed expectation! I own a 2001 Accord V6 with only 150k miles that I treat like a baby, and actually the reason I'd first brought in the Accord two months ago was because of Honda's steering wheel airbag recall campaign that required I take my Baby to a Honda dealership for this service. But if not for the recall I wouldn't have met with Manley's "Magic" Irving. You see for me I treat people like I want to be treated and that is exactly what this service adviser represented! Well his name is really Hirbin Ceballos, they call Irving because its pronounced the same. Well as you know I really didn't want to be there, so I'm already a discerning customer. I was so surprised on how this "free" Factory recall service went and no pressure to get some other worn part repaired or something to buy opportunity wasn't even used, just the way Manley's "Magic" represented not only his Company as an employee, but HONDA CORP. I told Hirbin yesterday when I brought my Accord in for service that he's the reason my car's there! And of course Manley Honda over delivered, got my Baby back in perfect condition today, no additional charges and even put in fresh synth./ blend oil at no charge! I appreciate things like that ( hope I don't you in trouble "Magic") and definitely will not have any reservation going to this dealership and recommend them to anybody.
