I have two criticisms about my experience with Manly - (note - NOT with Santiago... he's awesome!) 1st - I called in several months ago for this recall and was put on a list. After my third notice from Honda to urgently get my car fixed, I called Manly to check where I was on the list and was told that the list that was created months ago was useless and that now they are handling calls on a 1st come 1st serve basis... xxx? really??? So I made the appointment. 2nd - w/in an hour of dropping off my car, I get a call from the UPGRADE department at Manly wanting to make me a deal for my awesome CRV. Sorry, why would I want to "sell" my car to you at a "premium" when I know that I could sell it on the open market for more? It's a scam that I just don't care for... More
