Service First of all. I had appointment for 10:30 and after sitting there for 1 hour i went to the window and asked my my car is still there? I was told "oh First of all. I was told "oh sorry it was a computer error" and than took my car in at 12:15 pm. I was in the lobby for 2 hours even though I had the appointment. It was really frustrating. More

Adding a previously lost- (and later found) original key to the replacement set of two requires high levels of technical skills and total familiarity with the security system of the car. I am very happy with the outcome of my service request! I can see why it might be necessary for major services, but for a scheduled maintenance, and one that you have pre-registered over-kill. I suggest for simple stuff like scheduled oil changes, belt checking, tire rotations, etc, that the pre registration will allow you to simply drop it off and pick it up with a minimum contact with non-technicians. More
