The new waiting room was very pleasant with goodies -- like warm cookies offered -- and even a woman who came around to check on our satisfaction. The car was brought up to the front door on completion and I did not have to go out into the rain to retrieve it. Very much a pleasing experience. More

My situation was I had a morning appointment for an oil change that I missed. I had gone in to set another appointment and Nicholas greeted me. I explained that I had an emergency in the morning and did not make the 9:00 appointment. Nicholas explained he had enough time to complete the service the same day. During the the service they found a nail in one tire and fixed it for free through one of there insurances. Nicholas is very patient and understanding. More
