Excellent Customer Service Environment I took my son-in-law's Honda Van in for a "Recall" issue and I was surprised by the welcome and hospitality of everyone in the service department. The Service Techs took the time to fully explain the what-why and how on the "recall" issue which was fixed in just over an hour. I spoke with Santiago who was extremely nice and professional. He kept me up to speed on everything and answered my every question. If I called and left a message, he promptly got back to me. Never did he make me feel like I was being a pest. He also dealt with the warranty company which kept my cost to a minimum. Manly Honda, all your employees should be like Santiago. Excellent job!!!
