I had a loaner and got my car back a lot faster than I figured. Not only was all of the work done that was scheduled, it was cleaned in and out, a nice surprise. Bill kept in contact with me through the whole time my car was there. I've got to say the Civic loaner was a great car, just 2 feet off the ground for someone used to a CR-V but it drove nicely and was comfortable. It got great gas mileage 39-42mph. My 2007 CR-V was my second car from Manly and when it's time for the next one, that's where I'm going. All my experiences with Manly service over the years has been very positive. More
Excellent Customer service I took my vehicle to Manly Honda for a new headlight. The parts person had the bulb in and out of my vehicle in less than 10 minutes. Cars have always been a mysterious boondoggle to me, and Bill's calm reassurance and expertise and just plain old easy to understand explanations set him above. You need another category under how to pick an employee to work with, and that doesn't come from a "bio". It's someone who will listen and respond and not make you feel foolish or uneducated or like they are in a big rush. I always pick Bill because of WHO HE IS and how he TREATS ME, with patience and kindness and expertise. Because of the WAY HE IS, I always do the work on my car he suggests, if I can afford it at that time. Want your kid to learn how to read? Ask me. Want to find out how a car runs, and get it fixed? Ask Bill Robertson. Everytime something on my car acts up, I thank God right then and there, that Bill's name pops up in my mind, and I am ON THAT PHONE TO HIM IMMEDIATELY! By far the best Santa Rosa dealership and service I can't say enough good things about Manly Honda. Purchasing my used 2012 Accord from Mark Fladspeth in 2015 was enjoyable (which is saying a lot sinc I can't say enough good things about Manly Honda. Purchasing my used 2012 Accord from Mark Fladspeth in 2015 was enjoyable (which is saying a lot since I had just fought my way through a buy back with another dealer and a different model car). I've had 2, 3 month services so far and they have have been terrific. Santiago Pizano has been my service advisor and has been very respectful, helpful, and knowledgeable. Just as importantly, I am treated well by the entire staff. It matters more than I can say - a car is a huge expense and investment. Manly treats me like they understand that. BTW - really appreciate the espresso and snacks served in the customer lounge :). More
