Service advisor Hirbin Ceballos was wonderful in receiving me just before closing of the work day and getting my vehicle set up for inspection and service (without a prior appointment, of course). A situation full of panic and apprehension was transformed into one where I felt like I was in good hands. Over the following day and a half, I received updates and was handled with utmost courtesy and professionalism. I am grateful to the team at the Manly Honda Service Dept. and would recommend it to anyone. More
Manly service is good, but takes too long. Manly Honda does a good job on service, but the total time involved for service is longer than it should be. I had a 9:30 am service appointment. By the time I registered with Reception, it was 35 minutes before I saw a service advisor. When I did get to the service advisor, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and set up the service order. I had booked the appointment on line including the service items I needed. That was completely lost. If I hadn't called the previous day to inquire if the necessary parts were on hand, the service order would have been completely new. From the time the service order was written, it took over an hour for my car to be moved into the service bays. The service was scheduled for 2 to 2.5 hours. It took 5+ hours from my arrival to departure from the dealership. Even though the dealership is 30 miles from my home, in the future, I will drop the car off the night before service and pick it up the next night. Better to make two round trips than to waste most of a work day waiting for them to complete the service. Dave Ashby did a great job as service advisor, but the shop is too closely scheduled resulting in large time delays. More

And needed pulsating brakes checked to see if rotors needed to b Went for regular service at 45k on our 2013 Honda Pilot. Tire pressure light was on. And needed pulsating brakes checked to see if rotors needed to be re-surfaced. They found a scew in a tire. Said it was in the sidewall/not-rapairable, and stated we should atleast replace 2 tires....and they had a 3 tires get the 4th free deal so we should consider that, Rotors suspected to be warped so recommended re-surfacing, and when they resurface they recommend new pads too. Long story short, I did not have them perform anything beside the scheduled service. On recommendation from some gearhead friends, took the car to LEs Schwab. They ground rotors and said the pads were in great condition so their opinion was no need to replace. Screw was in the tread and they repaired it for free. More

I had a loaner and Bill Petty handled my recall and service needs. If Manly Honda has an employee of the month (or even the year), it would be Bill. I had a loaner and got my car back a lot faster than I figured. Not only was all of the work done that was scheduled, it was cleaned in and out, a nice surprise. Bill kept in contact with me through the whole time my car was there. I've got to say the Civic loaner was a great car, just 2 feet off the ground for someone used to a CR-V but it drove nicely and was comfortable. It got great gas mileage 39-42mph. My 2007 CR-V was my second car from Manly and when it's time for the next one, that's where I'm going. All my experiences with Manly service over the years has been very positive. More
