A LONG DAY! The service initially was for 120,000 mile maintenance however as the day progress their was more and more that needed to be addressed. I was offered The service initially was for 120,000 mile maintenance however as the day progress their was more and more that needed to be addressed. I was offered a car but thought i would be out by 11 a.m. so i turned it down. I arrived at 7 a.m. (found out the service dept. opens 7:30)! Bottom line i should have taken the offer for a loaner car. In spite of spending most of my day in the service dept. the service was EXCELLENT. My car needed a lot of attention $1,700.00 plus. But it rides great and hopefully i will be able to take it to 200,000 miles plus! (like my previous 2002 Accord which was totaled when someone ran into me at a stop light)! All of my cars have always been serviced at Manley. The persons i worked with for service was understanding apologetic for the time i was spending in the service dept. and very helpful. It was just a long day but i left with a great runing 2002 Honda Accord. Bill More

Airbag recall, new brakes. I was pleased to find no arguments when I brought in my recall letter from Honda. I was immediately offered a free rental until parts could be obtaine I was pleased to find no arguments when I brought in my recall letter from Honda. Below average service I took my car in for an oil change and expected them to perhaps do a brief inspection, but instead I felt short changed $75 later. They stated that they "eye balled" the state of the brakes and "it looked good", however they were not able to articulate, what they did for $75 other than the oil change. Should've taken it else where, where at least I would get a car wash and oil change for that amount. More

More than just great service. I brought my parents' Honda Pilot to Manly Honda after it needed to be jump started the day before. The Service Advisor, Irving Ceballos, greeted me I brought my parents' Honda Pilot to Manly Honda after it needed to be jump started the day before. The Service Advisor, Irving Ceballos, greeted me promptly and cordially at my appointment time. He explained everything involved with the diagnosis and repair and answered my questions thoroughly. The car was ready to go exactly at the time the he estimated and went over the customer copy of the RO with me so that I could explain the work to my parents. Overall, it was a very pleasing experience. That day, Irving gave a couple of elderly folks (and their son) peace of mind that they would be able to get around without worrying about their car not starting. More
