Over priced I called a couple weeks in advance to book my car for its first service. The girl on the phone didn't give much feedback about what that would include I called a couple weeks in advance to book my car for its first service. The girl on the phone didn't give much feedback about what that would include, but I figured whatever it was was important the health of my brand new car. I arrived at the service center and the gentleman at the front was very polite. When checking in I asked how much the service would be and what it included. Come to find out the service was $75 for an oil change and tire rotation!!!! Chevron Oil Stop isn't even that up there! My car is a accord coupe, no truck. I was shocked and very disappointed. When I returned the gentleman that helped me said they had vacuumed the car and I got myself a free car wash because of the rain. Not too funny in my opinion after already being irritated about the price, but was delighted they had vacuumed the car. I got out to my car, and it hadn't been vacuumed at all, just another disappointment added to the let down of the price of the service. Jim Bome Auto does a oil change for around $35 with a free car wash. I'll be going there now on. Even better Tire rotation you can get done for free at America's Tire on Cleveland Ave. Not worth the money.. I won't be going back. More

Oil Change I've always used Honda service since I bought my 2000 CRV and have been pleased with the service. On this visit I was told the oil change would take an hour and 15 minutes. After an hour and a half I had to ask someone when the car would be ready and it took another 15 minutes to get an answer. This was probably because my service rep was at lunch, but if so, a better system needs to be in place. Since moving into the new building, the service set-up has changed considerably and it isn't easy to figure out who to talk to if you have a question. I tried texting the service rep but didn't get a response. If it was because he was at lunch, then that needs to be explained to the customer. I had another appointment at 1:30 but didn't think that would be a problem since my oil change was scheduled at 11. Overall, Irving was personable and easy to work with, but I was not happy having to wait an additional 45 minutes with no explanation and without any real help. More
