Great service managers I always take my vehicle to Manly Honda service center. They are fast, efficient, and reliable. Their service managers are great. If possible, I always try to seek out Bill Robertson, because he is the greatest of the great. He goes the extra mile towards customer satisfaction. I have not had a bad experience with any of the managers though. So far, they are all top notch and, maybe I am naive, but they all seem to care! More

"Unexpected Day!" While my 2005 Pilot was being serviced, I thought I'd 'JUST LOOK' at the new CR-V's on the lot. At the end of the day, I had a new CR-V in my garage! To be frank, I'd seen ads on TV and wanted to check them out but dreaded dealing with a salesperson. Family and friends suggested I shop online but I hadn't had time. After talking with Nicholas Hatch in the service department about my Pilot, I mentioned I'd like to look at the CR-Vs. He introduced me to Upgrade Director, Chris Navarro. I had NO intention of buying a car that day but it was Chris who sold me. He was informative, answered questions with no sales pressure which I liked! When we talked about financing the car, I appreciated his knowledge and suggestions. He was patient and thorough explaining things about the car before I left. Tire repair credits! I love Manly Honda. I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. I called around to five different tire shops for help. I received some erroneo I love Manly Honda. I had a nail in my tire that could not be repaired. I called around to five different tire shops for help. I received some erroneous information and expensive quotes for a new tire. I finally called Bill Robertson at Manly Honda. Turns out, I had $150.00 in tire repair credits from my previous oil change at Manly. My brand new tire cost me about $30.00.
