I was shocked and surprised when he called me on June 17, 2016, to tell me that he was able to get a replacement for my license plate holders that had mistakenly been taken off my car and disposed of by the tech in March. The holders were of sentimental value to me, and I was completely amazed that Jess remembered and went the "extra mile" and then some to find a replacement several months later. Thanks to Manly for having such an outstanding person in your organization! Thank you so much, Jess! More

Cooperative Bill Robertson is always conscientious. He works so hard to do his best for his customers that he truly deserves a hero metal. I am, however, concerned about the stress level to which your service representatives are subjected. Too many appointments, I notice, have all of your employees running like hamsters. It also means longer wait times. Regardless, Bill pleasantly soldiers on and I would always recommend him. More

Parts Dept service I’ve been having trouble with the key fob on my 2009 Accord not working correctly, so I changed the battery (CR1616) and it was still having intermitt I’ve been having trouble with the key fob on my 2009 Accord not working correctly, so I changed the battery (CR1616) and it was still having intermittent issues. I thought a new fob was needed so I went to Manly Honda Parts Dept to get a new one. The counter clerk said it could be the battery, they are not all made to the same specs and that could be the problem. He replaced the battery, I went out and tested it and it now worked just fine. He also replaced the cracked cover for me, the total cost was $17 verses $150 for a new fob and programming. Looking at both batteries side-by-side you could see a slight difference! Rectified an unfortunate situation I called to make an appointment to get tires about 1 week before my appointment day. I was given an appointment and told what brand of tires I would b I called to make an appointment to get tires about 1 week before my appointment day. I was given an appointment and told what brand of tires I would be receiving. I showed up the day and time of my appointment and they didn't have me on file as having an appointment AND they didn't have my size of tires. Needless to say I was upset. I was getting ready to leave when Santiago told me he could use tires from another client who didn't show up for his appointment. After what could have been a huge hassle, they made everything right. And their shuttle system was very helpful as I was able to get to and back from work to the dealership. More
