2 1/2 hour oil change!! Came in for a simple quick oil change, was told it would only be an hour. 2 1/2 hours later my car was finally done. Hirbin was friendly and gave me time and financial estimates. Both were spot on. The service team was very thorough in describing what they did and in giving any recommend preventative advice. Stressful, disappointing. Service was terrible. Arrived at the service dept. on Saturday 7/1/16 at 3:50 pm, due to a dead Honda battery that was installed by this service dept. I was approached by a service representative named Dave ? He was very rude, unprofessional, not paying any attention, and stated "I am sorry, everyone has left for the day. I can't help you, you have to come back on Tuesday the 5th." I approached the desk to inquire how late the mechanics worked, was told "they leave at 4:00 pm, and the service department closes at 5:30 pm." I told the person at the desk named Janell that it was 3:50 when I came in and was confronted by service rep. Dave who refused to help. Janell told me to wait until she went and spoke to someone about the situation and the battery was finally changed, and I left as a very unhappy and disgusted long time customer of Santa Rosa Manly Honda. This was not a very good customer service and representation of your service department. More

Being an out of state Honda customer for over 35 years, I am happy to say I feel comfortable with Manly and can transition over with confidence that my few service needs will be taken care of. More
