Terrible service I set up an appointment a week ago for my 2010 dodge ram. I bought it from Manly Honda. I brought it in for an oil change and cabin air filter. I got I set up an appointment a week ago for my 2010 dodge ram. I bought it from Manly Honda. I brought it in for an oil change and cabin air filter. I got here at 7:50. After being here 1 1/2 hours, I went to walk around. My truck was not in there service center and not in the parking lot. After looking at a neighboring dealership I got back and was then told that there were no parts here. And that I should have provided more information. As of 10 am my truck was still not ready. Since I bought it here why is there no information and parts available? I am getting very annoyed. The Web site provided only shows that my truck was dropped off, and nothing done. I am now late for work and still no update to when it will be done. I will not bring my truck back without serious apologies and discounts for their lack of equipment and parts. More
Outstanding service from Jess Prestidge Jess is extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions regarding the service I needed. Along with being very professional he was also very personable and affable. He made me feel very comfortable, and my total overall experience there could not have been any better. From the caffe latte I enjoyed as I waited for my car to be serviced to Mr. Prestidge explaining to me how my car had locked on me with all windows and doors locked I could not get out. It had been an important concern I had, and Jess explained it well to me: it was an antitheft feature and how it happened and how I could resolve it with the cars remote key to silence the alarm and unlock all doors. Jess is a kind person and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. He informed me they would vacuum my cars interior as a complementary service. He also gave me two free license plate holders and had them installed for me when I had inquired about them at the service counter. I could go on and on about all the reassurances and kind service he gave me, but I will end here and just say that Jess is quite an attribute to your company; and note that all service representatives in the world should be as kind, caring and helpful as Mr. Jess Prestidge. I give the very highest recommendation for this individual, Jess Prestidge, and also for your entire company there at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. More
Very helpful I had a problem with the control knob on the heater/air conditioner on my older Honda. I called several places to try to get estimates. One shop I cal I had a problem with the control knob on the heater/air conditioner on my older Honda. I called several places to try to get estimates. One shop I called talked about having to pull the front off the center consol to get at the problem....costing hundreds of dollars. I came in to see Bill Robertson, a service advisor at Manly Honda, and he said the problem was simple and cheap and it just needed a new knob. He helped get the old knob off correctly. The new one only cost a bit over 10 bucks, which was a big relief. Bill was very helpful, friendy and courteous. I would highly recommend this service department and Bill Robertson. More

I would reccomend Manley Honda but not Manley Hyundai Dave at Manley Honda has been a god send . Personal, attentive, and a all around wonderful man 'I would bring the Honda back to him any day! Horrible service manager charged me to redo the steering mechanism after 1 and a half years of being replaced, most places cover their parts up to two years including labor and do not use pep boy parts. I was charged for the labor rental car and was rudely received It is amazing how one dealership with two different service departments can be SO different ! My other car a Buick WILL never return for servicing! More

In addition to the need for a routine oil change and the implementation of a factory safety recall by Honda, I was in real need of technical advice regarding an unexpected smog test behavior, reported by my regular Smog-place a few days earlier. The puzzling results had held up my car’s bi-annual, otherwise routine smog certification. - As I had hoped for, my long-time Service Advisor, David Ashby applied his technical expertise and was quickly able to identify the most probable cause for my car’s incomplete smog-test. His speedy and accurate analysis of the problem, followed by my implementation of his suggested remedial action, helped substantially for my CR-V to complete a successful Smog-certification. I will continue to appreciate and recommend the helpful attitude and the willingness to share technical insight with customers like me by David and the Manley Service Team. --- I am very satisfied with the results of my service appointment. Top of the Line Service! People like to knock bringing your car to the dealership because they say it's overpriced. I completely disagree. At Honda, I know I'm getting the best. I'm dealing with professionals that are educated on all of the details of my car and I leave feeling happy and confident about the work that was done!😄 Plus, I love all of the friendly staff( Irving, Katrina, Bill, and GREAT to have Ted back) and how welcome and comfortable they make me and my three and half year old feel while there. They go above and beyond, not sometimes, ALL THE TIME. I would never take my pilot any where else. Why would I when I can get everything I want and more at the Honda Dealership. One more thing, they always send coupons! It just doesn't get any better! 😀?👍 More
