While servicing my vehicle, an oil leak was discovered that I hadn't noticed. Bill called to let me know and said they could fix it under warranty...yay! So, I left my vehicle an extra day to get this taken care of, while continuing to drive my courtesy car. I'm very satisfied and will be returning when my CR-V needs servicing in the future! More

The newly remodeled facility is gorgeous and comfy. I like how the service writer is now responsible from beginning to end. I have been bringing my car to Manly Honda for nearly six years and have had a consistently great experience. More
Great Service I brought in my 2008 Honda Accord for the 2nd time. The last time it was all the lights on the dash were on. At that time we were told it was cover un I brought in my 2008 Honda Accord for the 2nd time. The last time it was all the lights on the dash were on. At that time we were told it was cover under an extended warranty by Honda. And to bring it back if it happened again. Well I did and this time Santiago told gave us the "quote" to do the diagnostic, he said they would need the car from 9-1pm. When he sent the text he stated that they would need the car till 1pm, because they were not done with the car. We said ok, but when he let us know the car was done the bill was $250 instead of the $149, and said they fixed it and the lights would not turn on they came on that same day. They did not do anything to the car the lights still come on and now I need to figure out what is wrong with my car. Not happy wish I could of talked with Dave the service tech that helped me the 1st time, he was great. Santiago was just about trying to get me to trade in my paid off car, when I am not looking to buy a new car at this time. More

And no charge due to a 6 month warranty on tire mishaps that they have instituted. Can't beat that! More

They never do work that doesn't need to be done on my vehicle and they do all the work needed so my cars have always run efficiently. Mike Ruggles provides the friendliest, most efficient operation. My advisor this time was Bill Robertson and as always he made sure my car got the service it needed, nothing more. I appreciate both Bill and Mike and that is why I continue to get my cars serviced at Manly Honda! More

It left without me from the dealership. BUT that was rectified by getting one of the office personnel to give me a ride. Nice save. On the way back, the shuttle driver had trouble finding my apartment; he went to a different complex. He had the address so with Google map directions this should be easy, no? More
