Very Helpful Parts Department! My experience with the Honda Parts Department has been great! I purchased my Honda Accord from Manly Honda in 2012, and recently had a new battery put My experience with the Honda Parts Department has been great! I purchased my Honda Accord from Manly Honda in 2012, and recently had a new battery put in by AAA. After the new battery was installed, my Navigation system and radio required special codes in order to work. As I did not have this information on any purchase paperwork or manual, I contacted Many Honda Parts Department, and was helped by Patrick. He was able to walk me through the process of what information I needed to provide (serial number, not VIN number) and how to find it, since it was not where the manufacturer originally placed it, as is often the case when the car is bought used (like mine). His instructions were clear and easy to follow, and with the information, he was able to provide me with the codes I needed over the phone, which is greatly appreciated since my work schedule wouldn't allow me to swing by the dealership until the following week. Patrick was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful!! I would highly recommend their services!! More

Almost happy customer. Entryway a hazard from high traffic street. Missed driveway 2 out of two trips since you moved service dept. How about a back entrance??? Amazing Service Experience Engine light came on and was flashing on 2011 Odyssey. Towed to dealer. Dealer replaced short engine block, 6 spark plugs, many gaskets and rings and Engine light came on and was flashing on 2011 Odyssey. Towed to dealer. Dealer replaced short engine block, 6 spark plugs, many gaskets and rings and 2 axles. All under warranty. Also had timing belt, water pump and valve adjustment. Only had to pay $268. Service Advisor was Bill Robertson and he was amazing and got almost all of th work covered under warranty. More

I had a 2:00 pm appointment and was seen at approximately 2:25 pm. It did appear to be extremely busy however, maybe extra staff may have assisted us. He is very knowledgeable and friendly and was able to get my car right in for service, The work was completed in a timely manner. I drove away happy and my car has been running great since. More

First time visit, not impressed! I left really irritated. I had sap on my car from the previous day. I asked if it could be washed they told me no. I thought ok no big deal I'll spot I left really irritated. I had sap on my car from the previous day. I asked if it could be washed they told me no. I thought ok no big deal I'll spot clean when I get home. I had just had it washed the 4 days earlier anyway. When I got in my car someone had tried to use my windshield wipers so now I had sap smeared across my whole windshield (in my line of vision)and spots down the side of my car. So not only was it not clean it was worse then when I dropped off. This was my first service to my car as I just bought it in January. Everyone was really friendly but I thought for a $70 oil change I shouldn't have to leave from there to take somewhere else to pay another $20 to have it cleaned again. More
