Oil change Not easy to reach someone in service by phone. Finally spoke to Luke who explained that crush of recall inquiries has slowed response times. Went to appointment yesterday, opting to wait at Manly. Long line of cars. Took 50 minutes before car moved to service bay. But work proceeded quickly and was finished about 30 min behind estimated. No problem. Bill Robertson was very professional. As was rest of team. Need to schedule appointments for early AM in future. Only suggestion would be to add to staff during heavy phone periods such as current Takata recall situation. More

They even noted a ding in my tire which I did not see previously. Bill arranged fora new tire to be ordered and replaced ASAP. Very happy with the service. More
