Amazing Saturday Service & Final Negotiation I barely made it to the dealership before my car completely died. With two children under 3 with me it was a stressful situation all around. The service department is not open on Saturday but they staff a service rep, thank goodness!!!! My sincere apologies for not remembering the service person's name but he was great! The team there on Saturday, July 23 really took care of a stressed out mommy. They started service paperwork, got me a rental car and even helped transfer car seats- THANK YOU!!! Everyone was so kind and helpful. Bill Robertson was our service rep for the actual repair work which turned out to be an alternator replacement. Bill is a GREAT example of what customer service means. Bill is able to see where the customer is coming from and do what it rakes to make it right. We specifically ask for Bill when we take our car in because we feel he will always do the right thing and guide us in the right direction. At the end of the day, hundreds to thousands of dollars later, we still feel ok because of the genuine service we receive. Don't go anywhere Bill!! ;) More

Trials and tribulations, but success at the end of the day. I had an emergency need for an oil change. I was at first told that I could not get it done until next week, but needed it before then. Parts sold me the oil and the filter, printed out the directions for how to change the oil and filter for the Insight Hybrid, and checked with an oil change company in Santa Rosa that could take me on a walk in basis the same day. Because during the last 10 years none of my Honda's have ever been serviced anywhere else, I was not completely happy with this outcome. I then went into the sales area and talked with Jeff (actually I suggested you not sell any more cars sine they were unable to service them). He helped me, called in Ted, who is always great to deal with, and together the had the service department use the oil that I had purchased and change the oil and filter and reset the proper indicators. So in the end, my faith in Manly Honda was restored. More

Someone goofed, but handled perfectly by Irv! I walked in to Service understanding that I had a 9am appointment --- however, somehow it never got put into the appointment system. The customer service person asked me to have a seat and she would see what she could do---within 10 minutes I was greeted by Irving, who squeezed me into the schedule and handled getting my regular and safety recall. It's what I call going the max for the customer. Irving has a calming approach and clearly explained the service and timing. More

Nice people and good service I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service tha I've been going to Manly for seven years now and been happy with their service department even though they sometimes try to sell you more service than you need. But they ARE a business, so no big deal to me. Yesterday I finally got the driver's side airbag replaced (hurrah) and turned in my rental car which I was driving for almost three months (another hurrah). I decided to get an annual service while I was there and opted to have the headlight lenses on my Fit cleared of road wear and the job they did was pretty good but with a small section of the job not finished. I didn't take the car back because the time spent for them to fix that (small) thing wouldn't be worth the time, and the lenses are improved to the point where they function much better. The other thing was that I had to be a bit of a "squeaky wheel" to make sure I got my drive back home during the airbag replacement and maintainance, and that saved me waiting an extra hour. So...if you are going to get your car worked on make sure you get there a half hour before the top of the hour to make sure you can get your ride. I was told when I made the appointment that fifteen minutes before would be fine...not true. They are particularly busy right now with the airbag recalls. Basically I really like these folks... More

Fortunately, I had a book to read and not much else to do so I could handle it. Got done and car was clean and ready. I'll be going back there again. More
