Gave me all the info - answered more questions, got the parts into stock overnight -- and spent extra time helping me get the huge box into my vehicle. I've been TOTALLY impressed with every dept. at Manly -- thanks to Bob B, Patrick, and Mario -- it was such a pleasure dealing with them .... and the directions for installation them gave me - were right on the money (except for one tiny detail) -- the next day the hitch was in. Honda is a great car, and Manly is the only place to go ..... Thanks, df More
Great communication We have a used 2014 Honda Odyssey that we've owned for about 6 months. It needed to go in for brakes, a problem with the rear hatch, and an oil change We have a used 2014 Honda Odyssey that we've owned for about 6 months. It needed to go in for brakes, a problem with the rear hatch, and an oil change. We were assigned our own dedicated service person, Ted, who did a great job of communicating every step of the process. They fixed the brakes and did the oil change, but needed to order a part for the rear hatch. So we need to take it back, which isn't wonderful, but we feel really good about working with Ted, and about the integrity and professionalism of the Honda service team. Thanks! More

Virgin Service First time getting service on my 2007 CRV (a SUPER deal purchased November 2015 from Manly). Got connected with Santiago who graciously put up with m First time getting service on my 2007 CRV (a SUPER deal purchased November 2015 from Manly). Got connected with Santiago who graciously put up with my questions and requests, educating me along the way, even taking the sting out of the increase to the initial estimate by having my car cleaned. It was time for 90k servicing. Needed some other things addressed per my request, which they did, as well as promptly informing me of the need for rear brake pads and suggesting different tire types all around to make an informed decision. I knew I would change them out soon anyway, so I took advantage of their "buy three get one free" offer at the same time. Loved the quiet new ride and better vehicle handling, but the next day the TPMS light came on, so back it went. Turned out one sensor had failed and two were about to. These were the original sensors so it made sense to replace them and Manly split the cost of four, paying for two including the labor for all. I was seamlessly provided a loaner car by Hugo for both services, of course. Would I recommend Manly now that I'm no longer a service virgin? Highly. Speak highly of Santiago and Hugo? You bet! I'll even be back for more... More

Great to deal with and a great environment! I'm constantly getting coupons from Manly Honda for oil changes and other services so I decided to give them a try. This was my second time using a co I'm constantly getting coupons from Manly Honda for oil changes and other services so I decided to give them a try. This was my second time using a coupon for a $29.99 oil change. From when I pull up to when I collect my keys at the end, everyone is kind and eager to take care of business. Workers will vacuum my car, and in addition to the oil change, go through a simple check up to make sure things like the lights, tire pressures, horn and battery are all in working order. I was offered a free shuttle service while I waited, and although I didn't use it, the dealer itself is brand new and very nice to wait in, as they have lots of seating and entertainment like TV, Magazines and even a small snack counter with cookies, coffee, and other treats. Overall, with or without a coupon, this is the best service I think I have ever had. More

However, when I finally did see someone, Hirbin was very attentive and quick, and handled things superbly...so that was a big plus...as well as the explanation of the work, and a decent price.. When I got in to drive away, the plastic around the steering column was misaligned and scraping. Surprised no one noticed from the shop. Anyhow, had to turn around and go back to the shop to have it fixed. More
Very Bad Customer service to a Loyal Honda Customer Honda has the massive air bag recall that is not Honda customer's fault but rather poor judgment from Honda Corp. My 2007 Honda CRV has three open rec Honda has the massive air bag recall that is not Honda customer's fault but rather poor judgment from Honda Corp. My 2007 Honda CRV has three open recalls, one for the driver side actuator that is faulty one for the Driver side air bag and one for the passenger side air bag. I purchased my vehicle brand new from Honda in 2007, from the moment I drove off the lot I started experiencing problems. My brand new Honda was leaking oil! I took my car in three times because they could not find the problem, finally they replaced the oil pan gasket and it was fixed. The recall is the most recent problem and when I called they advised me that my vehicle is not safe to drive and to bring it in as soon as possible. I took my car in and was helped by Bill Petty who did a great job and I was satisfied with my service up to that point. I was given a rental vehicle due to the seriousness of the recall and was advised that once ALL parts were in I will get a call to bring the car in to have the service performed. To my surprise I received and email from Lori DE Marco that said to call her ASAP to schedule (the best day) for me to bring the car in. I called the next day and said that I can bring my car in a week since that’s when I was off work. Lori became irate and said that I was refusing to bring the car in for the recall and that my car rental will be discontinued IMMIDIATELY... I stated that that is not the case but she was persistent and said that I needed to bring my car in that week. She then transferred the call to her manager Luke Amman who was the WORST customer service experience that I have had in my life!! He attempted to Bully me in to bringing my car for the service on the day that best suited him. He then said that I had confirmed my appointment with him on a (recorded) phone line and that he would see me that they that he wanted to push on me! I stated back that on the so called (recorded) phone line I DO NOT confirm such appointment since I am at work and will not be able to meet. He then turned in to a three year old LITTLE BOY and started talking over me and said that the appointment was confirmed and that he will see me that day and proceeded to hang up the phone. I was very upset with this entire interaction and managed to call Honda Corp. directly. The customer service rep with Honda Corp. was embarrassed that I had to encounter such behavior and apologized for Luke and his childish behavior. She immediately opens a case with Honda and recommended I go to another Dealership to get the work performed. My car is 10 years old and I am in the market to buy a new one, but based on my past experience I WILL NOT buy a Honda and specifically will NEVER do business with Manly Honda in my life. I will also share this experience with as many people I can and caution them before making a purchase from Manly and go as far as to direct them to a better more reliable brand. I own a 2008 Ford and I have the opposite experience with them. There are NO recalls on the vehicle and service has been phenomenal, so my new car will most definitely be a FORD. More
