He volunteered to come out to my car to determine The accessory fuse blew in my Honda Civic. I went to the parts counter and was assisted by Patrick. He volunteered to come out to my car to determine which fused needed to be replaced. Not only did he sell me the replacement fuse but installed it as well. I was very appreciative for his assistance. Patrick has a very pleasant demeanor. He also took the time to explain to me how to prevent another failed fuse in the future by not pushing in my phone charger all the way into the accessory slot. Patrick’s service exceeded by expectations in all respects. More

Bill Robertson is often my service advisor as he was today, and even if there are computer glitches, or issues (RARE!) he is so kind and considerate. The shuttle drivers are ALWAYS courteous and today I had the pleasure of riding with Santiago, who was great. All staff jump in if they see you walk in and are truly happy to help(Bill P., Ted K.) Lack of communication I have had generally okay experiences with Manly. I have been taking my Honda Accord there since I bought it in 2007. Initially the service was quit I have had generally okay experiences with Manly. I have been taking my Honda Accord there since I bought it in 2007. Initially the service was quite good and the technicians were good about calling me with information and answering my questions. I have had 2 negative experiences however in the last couple of years. I bought tires from you about a year or 2 ago and all but 1 of them had to be eventually replaced. I had 3 different incidents where I slightly bumped into a curb and each time, I ended up with a flat. I had them replaced by Big O and haven't had any issues since that time. The second negative experience was just this last week when I took my car in for a service. I left it all day and expected a call when it was done. I never received a call and when I called at 4:30 I got the message machine and no call back. I called the next morning and was told that it was done. I wasn't able to pick it up that day, so I picked it up the following day, on a Saturday. Dave, my service technician was not there. The woman at the service desk apologized. She had to go and find the paperwork from Dave's station, as she didn't have it. I just didn't feel like I was well taken care of. No one was there to go over the repairs with me or advise me about my car's condition. I think you need to improve your customer service. More
