Routine service appointment experience My 2006 Honda Civic was due in for a A 15 service. For some reason, the adviser insisted I needed a B 15 (I think) service which was over $100 more. W My 2006 Honda Civic was due in for a A 15 service. For some reason, the adviser insisted I needed a B 15 (I think) service which was over $100 more. While car was being serviced, I received a call that I needed a new battery and that they were going to replace it. I told them I had bought that battery from Honda not too long ago and was assured that it had a very long life. Well, it turns out that the battery was still under warranty and I only had to pay for 50%, but I honestly think the service adviser would not have mentioned the warranty until I brought up the subject. It makes me mad just to think about it More
Drop in I came in to see if they had time to check my starter, I didn't haven't appointment and I knew it would be a long shot. I had questions about my service, and good thing I asked. Luke gave me so much more than good service. I learned about the advantages of only using Manly to service my CRV. I can't imagine ever going anywhere else, even for a quickie oil change. I didn't give a five because I had to come back for some clarification, but am so glad I did.
