Great experience with Bill Robertson! I went in to have my battery tested. Days leading up to my visit I had called and was told to "just come in without an appointment". I'll admit, I was I went in to have my battery tested. Days leading up to my visit I had called and was told to "just come in without an appointment". I'll admit, I was a little terrified at the thought of having to wait for who knows how long in an endless abyss of screaming kids and people watching cat videos on their phones at full volume (at least I think they were cats...). There I sat, waiting for maybe 20 minutes before Bill Robertson came by and politely introduced himself. He was very energetic and speedy, which is great for me as I wanted to get home soon as possible after working a long day. He knew exactly what needed to be done and he went right to work. I was able to explain to him what I was experiencing and I could tell he was actually listening to me and not just nodding his head in agreeance. He was very knowledgeable about my 2014 Honda Civic; I knew this because I was barraging him with countless questions regarding my car's battery health. He did not skip a beat, this guy is the man! Once we discovered my battery was toast I went back to the waiting room one last time. I was sort of feeling uneasy about waiting again, but he had assured me that he wouldn't leave (work) until I left. It was near closing time, at approx 4:30 PM. It made me feel tons better knowing that someone cares that much for my well being! Bill came back shortly after and told me great news, my battery was replaced and it was still under my manufacture warranty. I would really recommend bill again to friends and family for all your service needs. More

Overall very good service As always I was happy with the service. I have only one comment. I reported that my drivers side door did not have a solid sound when it closed. It still has the same sound and I did not see any comments on the bill that it was diagnosed. I speculated it could have been lubrication but I did not see that done on the bill either. More
