Amazingly Positive Experience! I was not expecting much here other than to get my car fixed, but I was in for a new and surprising experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in t I was not expecting much here other than to get my car fixed, but I was in for a new and surprising experience. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door (service dept) and directed to where I should go. Bill Robertson, who was my tech, was so great! If he had been on the sales floor in December I probably would have purchased my car from him! Unlike most service people who just check you in and get it over with as quickly as possible, Bill spent time explaining things to me about my vehicle of which I was not aware -- who knew there was another button on the gear shift that helped going down hills! Not only was he knowledgeable and extremely helpful but he saved me a LOT of money. He asked his manager if they could waive the cost for me to have my rotors fixed even though it was past the warranty and I hadn't purchased the car from them (FYI, Bill, I did purchase my beloved 2005 Pilot from Manly -- over 300,000 miles without a problem!). The manager agreed which saved me almost $300. But that wasn't the best part; I was telling Bill about my lab puppy chewing up six seat belts and asking how much they would cost to replace and he asked me if I had contacted my insurance agency about it. I said no, it had never occurred to me that they might pay for it -- they will!! That is close to $2000 saved! Bill, you are amazing, thank you!! Patrick (I think) tried to get me as much information as he could about prices for the belts but the internet was down and he was limited. Thanks for the effort though! More

While there are many Honda service places within convenient distance around here (I even told my wife about this shop that got 5 Stars Review on Yelp), however, the lady would always make the long drive to Manly, Santa Rosa just to have Bill Robertson take care of our cars. Bill's honest advice, good pricing (with additional discount to loyal customer) and great attention to details really won us over. What else? It has been 10 years that we've entrusted our Odyssey and Pilot in Bill's care! More

They are willing to accommodate with transportation while work is being performed which was a lifesaver for me with a long, daily commute. A family friend put me in touch with Manly Honda and I'm so glad they did. I felt so taken care of by the employees that by the end, I drove off feeling like a queen! Seriously. It is obvious that they pride themselves on customer service and while we were talking business, we also got to throw in some laughs as well. Can't thank them enough! Bill Robertson, who handled just about every piece was great and during the short period when I had to wait for the rental car pick up there were 2 or 3 employees checking in with me and keeping me posted as to what was happening and letting me know as soon as things were ready to go. (This visit helped me to feel better after having a really bad experience, not service related, due to Manly's attempt to not stand behind the refund of my unused 7-year extended warranty due to the default of the warranty provider, despite my meeting all the contractual requirements for the refund; it took a registered letter to let them know I was serious about going to small claims court to get back what was promised.) I mention that issue since it's what will keep me from returning to Manly for future service despite, as I said, the service visit being excellent. I guess I'd sum it up by saying that the service dept. is great, the original buying experience was very good, but I'm not happy with how things were dealt with when something out of usual flow occurs that would benefit everyone if handled in a fair manner.]] More
