I believe his name is Dave He dissaperd from his desk leaving me waiting for my car for a long time. The most annoying thing is that i told him about this first time when they told me that he went to his break without asking anyone to follow up with my car's paper work leaving me waiting long time, and he said" ooh I'm so sorry that will never happen again". I was ok great,but again he did the same thing....! The first time that happend did not want to mention anything in a review but happening twice is to much for profesional service I asked for the manager and there was no manager or gral manager available but there was Paul Ciardiello,and he tried his best to solve the problem but still does not make me feel satisfied cos it does not show how they value the time of their customers. More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by a friendly staff who directed me towards check in. After checking in I waited no more than 5 minutes for From the moment I pulled in I was greeted by a friendly staff who directed me towards check in. After checking in I waited no more than 5 minutes for Ted (the person helping me) to come call me. He was extremely pleasant and made himself available for any questions I may have had. Ted finalized checking me in and then directed me towards Hugo who helped me with getting a loaner car so that I could get to work. Somehow they managed to make it possible for me to get to work by 8:45 when my appointment there was at 8 am! By my lunch time I had received a Text notification that my car was done and ready for pickup. I drove there and was able to pick up my car and drive out in less than 10 minutes. I must say that everyone I encountered at Manly Honda, Santa Rosa was extremely pleasant and efficient! Thank you for the positive expirience! More

Excellent, Attentive service Ted K, my service advisor couldn't have been more communicative or helpful. Although I was in for a routine oil change and transmission fluid change, Ted K, my service advisor couldn't have been more communicative or helpful. Although I was in for a routine oil change and transmission fluid change, he reviewed my service history, explained what other services I could/should consider and what ones were not needed at this time and promptly completed the service order. My appt was scheduled online and I was in and out in a few minutes. Later that day, I wanted an extra detail service and texted my advisor and he responded "consider it done" and everything was completed on time/on schedule. Prior to car pickup, I was texted the invoice amount so I had advance notice of the cost, which reflected the customer coupon discount I requested. No surprises. My time at the dealership was minimal and everything was cordial, smooth and efficient. More

Note: no more late morning appts. for me - early is better. Routine service, 60 min. Now I"ll know to go directly to the check in desk first and not the service reps - there should be a sign on the door directing customers to service check in. That way people won't wait to check in with service rep. (they are right by the entrance so it can be confusing) then be sent to the check in desk. There is a system. Good people in Service Dept. More
