I've always been impressed with the customer service and professionalism, from the time I make the appointment all the way through the completion of the job. I chose to wait while the service was performed, and the car was ready exactly when promised. And since the service was a longer time period than just the standard oil change, they even helped me out with a car to give me some freedom to take care of a few items on my to-do list while I "waited". I felt it was an above-and-beyond gesture and I was so grateful to be able to lighten up what otherwise was a very busy day. More
