LOF and low tire I brought my new 2016 Honda Civic in for its first LOF and also had a low tire issue. First disappointment I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airb I have used this dealership for service on my Hondas for almost 15 years and everything has been great. I recently had my passenger side recalled airbag replaced and it was done in less than an hour which is great. When I got home I noticed white plastic shredded debris on the passenger floormat as well as a white pasty substance on the dash. Whoever did the job did not clean up after doing the replacement. This has never happened before and I was disappointed. More

"Upgrade" nightmare I traded in my Honda Civic at Manly because they have a great (undeserved) reputation for customer service. I bought a Hyundai Elantra. Three months l I traded in my Honda Civic at Manly because they have a great (undeserved) reputation for customer service. I bought a Hyundai Elantra. Three months later, while serving to avoid a collision with an at-fault driver, I popped my driver side front tire. At that point, I discovered that certain models of Hyundai come without spare tires. No one had discussed this with me at the dealership. I did not know a car could be sold without a spare tire. The manager's response was, in effect,the car was sold as-is. I will never go to Manly again. I cannot believe a dealership would knowingly sell a car that does not include a spare tire without informing the buyer. Unbelievable. More

Bill showed me the options from a menu of services and was honest about what I really needed to get done. Later when we talked on the phone about the brakes he said the required service on the rotors could wait until my brake pads need to be replaced. He also told me about a seeping leak and assured me that could wait as well. I felt like he was honest about what needed to be done and didn't use any scare tactics to get me to opt for more. Easy to reach and stayed in good contact. I appreciated the inside being vacuumed. I do wish loaner cars were available at no cost for service that will take a long time (more than 2 hours) as they do at Freeman Toyota. More

Despite 30+ minute wait, the Honda Service experience was professional, informative and helpful. Excellent. Enterprise car rental service abysmal. Despite 30+ minute wait, they were unable to provide me with a suitable car. First car was a huge 9-seater van, which looked like a tank to me. I drive a Honda Civic. Second car was a hybrid, (not Toyota Prius which I can drive,) with a kind of turning wheel gear shift that I could not figure out. I was so upset at the long wait, watching customers come and leave in cars, and the seeming lack of remembering that I was waiting for a car that I told them to take me back to Honda. I was very close to tears. There was no apology from the sales staff. In contrast the Enterprise driver was considerate, apologetic and pleasant. When returned to Honda, Mandy and Bill Robertson were wonderful and helped me get a rental car so I could get to an appt, I was an hour late. More
