They originally offered to drive me to work and then drop the car off at my office later in the day, but when I got there they were able to get me a loaner car for the day which was super convenient. Additionally, since the used car I have didn't come with proper floor mats, Paul found some brand new floor mats and just gave them to me. They weren't actually for the type of car I have but they fit perfectly so he let me have them for free. Everyone I dealt with in the detailing department was incredibly friendly and helpful. And I can't forget to mention that the car also looked amazing when they were done with it. More

A communications lapse I was told this recall replacement would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 1015 for a 1030 appointment. At 1220 I located my Service Rep (David A.). He checked on my car, came back and said it would be about a half hour longer. He said he was leaving for lunch but another person would be monitoring my situation. Aroun 1330 I went outside to see that my car was parked, ready to go. No one contacted about this. Not good service. More
Just average service this time I have been going to Manly Honda for service for many years. Usually everything goes pretty smooth. This visit was not the case. I checked in with their clerk and went to the waiting area. Somehow, I did not get placed on their service queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I went up to Ted and asked if he could take care of my car, which he did. Also, they repeated a service on my car (oil crankcase cleaning) that they did about 10K miles ago. For the car pickup, I was picked up by the shuttle and went for a 40 minute ride thru Santa Rosa, even though I am less than 5 minutes away. When I got to the dealer, car was not ready. Had to wait until 5:30 for the service to be complete. More
