Far Too Long a Wait for Service Writer I had my Honda in for an airbag recall issue. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1000 appointment, was directed to register with a "customer care" repre I had my Honda in for an airbag recall issue. I arrived 10 minutes early for a 1000 appointment, was directed to register with a "customer care" representative and told I would be called by the next available service writer (looked like there were at least 4 of them). I then sat around for 40 minutes before the service writer had time (and it sure LOOKED like none of them were all that busy between 1000 and 1030). This was rather similar to my last visit to this dealership's service. Manly really needs a much more efficient intake system. I do not feel this was an employee issue - more of an organizational problem. I would like to complement Patrick from parts who went the extra mile to help me with a part need. More

Great Service Advisor I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin t I had an error come up on my 2016 Honda Pilot Elite come up day 3 of owning it, 253 original miles. I pulled up to the service department and Hirmin took great care of me. He understood my frustration on the purchase of a $47,000 car 3 days earlier and already with an error code. He put me in a loaner and told me that he would do everything in his power to make sure my car was fixed the next day. I reached out to Sean via text message and he responded quickly and was at the service department to help understand wast the issue was, and he too made me feel at ease and said to not worry, they would get things worked out and fixed. My car was ready the next day and I was back on the road. Hirmin and Sean stepped up and took care of me. Very professianl and I even was able to me the technician that worked on my car, I believe his name was Thomas, he told me everything he had done and that I should be good to go. Thanks again guys. Did not fix the problem that I had since last visit Several months ago I spent over $400 to change brakes & fix the problem, but the service guys changed the brakes but did not change the brake oil. All these months I had problem with brakes & did not have time to ho back. On the previous visit my husband ask them to fix the problem, they said we have to pay over $100 to change the brakes oil. I am not happy with the service at all. More
