Great experience I took my Civic in for a regular service and was totally impressed by the staff and service at Manly. They were quick getting me checked in, thorough I took my Civic in for a regular service and was totally impressed by the staff and service at Manly. Their free shuttle got me to work and back while my car was serviced and the price was far less than I expected. I won't go anywhere else! More

I received minimum paperwork with no explanation as to the details of the charges or what the subsequent "add ons" would be. I indicated that I didn't want the Manly Advantage because I have AAA roadside assistance but I was assured that it was "free" only to see that it was included on the bill for $7.95 and it was explained that this was to offset the costs of labor that you do not charge. The salesperson rushed through (I get that you're busy) and mumbled something about engine conditioner but no indication of the cost as he whisked the paperwork from the printer with his back turned. I apparently signed paperwork that said that I received a list of operations to be performed but that was whisked away too and never given back to me. I asked about the coupons but was assured that the coupons would be combed through for the best deal and taken off the bill at the end. Thinking that this would result in some good savings off the $81.60 charge for an oil change and free airbag recall service, I mistakenly signed off; my bad, never again. The high cost was explained as haz waste oil charges and taxes. The coupons saved me $9.72. When I went to pick up the car, I was given a bill for $78.85 - it included 19.38 for the engine conditioner, and $7.95 for the road side assistance. Also, on the bill was my "consent" to receive texts, which I did not want. I rescind my authorization to receive texts. Please do not send texts. This is the second service where these cloak and dagger deceptive tactics have been used other Manly salespeople who serviced the car on prior appointments. They were the same guys who helped previously when you were in the old building. At that time everything was up front and clear and printed out. Coupons were attached to the receipts. Oil changes used to cost $40. I understand cost increases but getting them by offering free roadside assistance and then saying it was added to offset labor costs? Not sure that is even legal. There must be a lot of pressure on these guys from management to make these add on sales and to not tell you what your savings might be. Perhaps too busy to go through it with you - not good customer service. True I can be much more careful next time - twice burned. Skip the car vacuuming - I don't want it - it's just more in overhead costs. I can add oil conditioner cheaper than you sell it to me. Lots of staff roaming around in a new layout that is not conducive to customer service. I rate customer service a zero not because of the salespeople but because of management's direction to staff on how to handle customers. Making money is fine but doing it in an underhanded way is not. I am very very disappointed. We are considering taking our business elsewhere. More
Service Representative Bill Robertson is the best! We have owned Hondas (as many as 4 at one time) for the last 15 years and have always had them serviced at Manly. Over the years, we have worked with most of the Service Reps and they are all wonderful but Bill Robertson really goes above and beyond. On numerous occasions, I have sent my older teenage children in with their cars and trusted Bill to take care of them. He always gives us clear recommendations and thinks about how he can make our experience both convenient and affordable. When I was ready to replace my 10 year old Honda Pilot (220,000 miles), one of the main reasons I chose to buy my new Pilot from Manly was because of the incredible service I have gotten over the years from Bill. I deal with a salesman once or twice a decade but I see the service staff on a regular basis. Bill and the other Manly reps keep me coming back. More

I explained that the reason I needed was that the clove box was broken and parts were rattling around in the box itself. B. I was driving by one day and stopped in to double check my appointment time & Date. The girl searched and found that the girl had miss spelled Larry as Lary. The person fixed it and I received my conformation. c. On the Day of my appointment I was there 15 minutes ahead of time and was told to have a seat and someone would be right with me. I waited an hour with no contact from anyone. Finally I was engaged by someone and he did not even know what the issue was. I had to start all over again and reschedule a meeting at work as I had been there so long. D. I had to wait again to here we have to replace the box which is what I had told them when I called them the first time (parts rattling). E. I have now waited almost two hours only to hear that I was correct and it needed to be replace. F. I was then informed that they did not have the part and I would need to come back the next day as they could not get the part until then. By now I am livid. G. I then found out that I was on a recall for a software update as well as the box replacement. I said keep the car and give a loaner and call me when it is finished and that I would return after work the following day to pickup the CRV. H. The guy then issued me a vehicle and told me I need to add fuel to the car on my return(I found this offensive but agreed and I left. On my return the guy at the return desk asked me did I return it it full irritating me again. I said yes but did not argue with him as this is the problem of Mr. Manly in my book. What I wanted to do was say I will not charge him 2 round trips and and 3 waisted hour of my time at 50 dollars an hour if he was willing to forgo the 5.00 in gas for that is what I wanted to say but Mr. manly was not there. I. Lastly I gave you 2 stars rating as the 1 for the girl who found the mistake on my appointment and 1 for the replacement car which was very nice. Next time I will think twice or three time before buying at Manly and shoot down the highway back to Hansel Honda. More
