Second time of bad work First time with the new car bought at Manley: workers broke artwork in my car and just left it. Second time, some helpful staff, but work on a door ha First time with the new car bought at Manley: workers broke artwork in my car and just left it. Second time, some helpful staff, but work on a door handle recall suddenly needed. Why wasn't I notified by email? One hour diagnostic scheduled on another part turned into all day. And there was corrosion in the doors! Then the door lining wasn't snug to the door frame, and I can't fix it unless I take the whole thing off. Now, I need to go in yet again. Plus, And without my permission they changed the license plate holder to a message I don't want-- a silly thing, but not one I wanted. Ask, will you!?! Who is doing quality control on every aspect of the job? How can I recommend you when you keep disappointing me? More

Good service but do they know who you are? Service is good but a bit pricey. My only issue is that they don't keep you history very long and when your in a pinch and really need a favor you're Service is good but a bit pricey. Last month my daughter's 2000 Accords airbag light came on again. 9 months earlier I spent 1k on a new computer for the air bag system. She was home from college for about half a day and they would not squeeze in an appointment so now she drives around with the system not working very well. She is in Oregon. So now I have to get her to take it to a dealer up there and if the computer is bad again there is no warranty. I left the service manager a voice mail and he never called back. I would think that after 21 years of service business and several cars they could have done me one favor. More
