Mechanics found that a bold was missing from an exhaust manifold heat shield assembly; replaced at no cost. Shuttle service dropped me off and picked me up as advertised. All in all, a satisfactory performance. More

I was especially impressed by Bill Robertson, my service advisor. He was very courteous, thorough, and thoughtful. He noticed that my key was breaking and had it fixed while my car was serviced. He explained all of my options in a way that I could understand. I felt like he genuinely enjoyed helping me and that providing an enjoyable customer experience was a pleasure for him in general. I love that they vacuum my car each time, too! More

I called about a transmission light-on problem and was able to get me in the same day. He was helpful and friendly and made sure my car needs were taken care of; I even got a loaner car. Despite a five star service from my advisor, I drove away with a broken glove compartment from the recall of airbags service. Hopefully, that too will get addressed on a second trip back. I know this was an oversight and no fault of anyone. It was a busy week and everyone had been working hard. I didn't see the defect until I got home that night. My boyfriend who also got a recall service done for airbags had the same thing happen to his glove compartment. Maybe the technicians could do a final run to make sure everything is in working condition before the vehicle gets returned to the customer. All in all, I've always been happy with Manly Honda and I highly recommend taking your car to this dealership. Somphet P More
