Service as it should be at a dealership! I am visiting from out of town and brought my Honda in for an airbag recall and an oil change without an appointment. I decided to spend the night in a hotel to be safe and called first thing the next morning, and they told me to come in. I was back on the road with the help of Ted and the crew within three hours. Dave was very good about options on upcoming repairs and the need for brakes. The tire offer was very fair and competitive with other auto dealers and even Costco. I had already taken care of air cleaner filer, and cabin filter which saved me some $$$. I needed those savings because brake fluid needed replacing; I also needed a new smart key. Mechanics found that a bold was missing from an exhaust manifold heat shield assembly; replaced at no cost. Shuttle service dropped me off and picked me up as advertised. All in all, a satisfactory performance. More
