Best customer service I've ever had I went to manly to inquire about getting a new steering wheel because mine had deteriorated at the top. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted with a smile I went to manly to inquire about getting a new steering wheel because mine had deteriorated at the top. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted with a smile and how's your day. Little things like this go a long way. Then I go inside and speak with a service advisor. Ted Krupinsky set aside some work and helped me and informed me they would take my car in and see what was going on. Even the service manager Luke came out side and looked at the condition of the steering wheel and told me not to worry that manly Honda would take care of me on this situation. He assured me that the repair would be covered under factory warranty. Upon pickup my car wash washed and new steering wheel installed. I have not seen such amazing customer service like this from any business. Manly provided the best experience from the greeter that meets you at the car to the service advisor Ted Krupinsky and all the up to Luke the service manager who took time out of his day to assure me that it would be taken care of and appreciated my business. These three employees are making your service dept stand out from the rest!!!!! More

Oil change and tires rotated I went in for my car to have its oil changed and tires rotated. My only did they do that flawlessly they found some work that needed to be done but ga I went in for my car to have its oil changed and tires rotated. The only thing I wasn't pleased with was they said they would vacuum my car and when I got back in there was no evidence that leads me to believe it was vacuumed. But overall amazing service More

I called to talk to a service advisor prior to my appointment, but none were ever available. I left a message, but never received a call back. They need more service advisors! Once you check in at the desk, you then wait for an available advisor to call you. That can be a long wait. The advisor was very efficient in taking my service order. The shuttle crew is very well organized, friendly and efficient. My car was done on time. Luckily, my advisor was available when I picked up. More
