Jess Prestidge was great. I took my car in to have the driver's side air bag replaced. While I was there, I decided to have an oil/filter change, and Jess said that was no pro I took my car in to have the driver's side air bag replaced. As a previous Director of Human Resources, this is "your guy" for 110% positive customer service. My car was brought up to current specifications; the girls at the reception area were delightful - giving a briefing on cappuccino making and then coming back around in the waiting area to make sure everyone was taken care of and if they could assist in anyway with beverages. I could not believe it! When I am ready to purchase another Honda this will be my "go to" dealership. Happy customer, Victoria Wickert More

He responded in within the hour with a we'll see you tomorrow. Arrived at 9:00am, they were ready and eager to help. They offered rental car or shuttle service, but I decided to wait. The waiting area was big enough to accommodate lots of guests. Provided a variety of coffees and fresh baked cookies and pastries. They time flew by with great amenities. My estimate was very accurate and explained thoroughly. They time of completion was also very good. I received my car with a thorough explanation of the work completed. A little more timely. As a service customer, I am required to make and keep an appointment. It doesn't seem that Manly has the same commitment. I arrived early for my 9:30 am and it was almost 10:00 before I was even checked in, let alone any work started. I feel that at least someone should check me in even if the actual work doesn't start right away. I felt like they had forgotten me. All that said still a great dealership and one I have been going to for many years and will continue to. More

The last three services have had blips ( shuttle, not reading prior service history, poor time management) which have been less than expected. Our comments are not directed at any specific SA, rather the overall experience. Appears that the volume of work is not consistent with your capacity. More
Great walk-in experience Service agent Ted was great. I was a "walk in" (no appointment), but I dropped my van off, caught a shuttle ride to work, and by mid-afternoon my tire Service agent Ted was great. I was a "walk in" (no appointment), but I dropped my van off, caught a shuttle ride to work, and by mid-afternoon my tires were replaced, balanced, and aligned; oil changed and fluids topped off; and new wiper blades installed.
