Excellent experience My recent service experience at Manly Honda was excellent, including interaction with the service manager for my vehicle Carlos Martinez. My older O My recent service experience at Manly Honda was excellent, including interaction with the service manager for my vehicle Carlos Martinez. My older Odyssey van was experiencing problems with the power assist on the sliding rear doors. Visits to another Honda dealership and to an independent mechanic proved to be completely unhelpful, including misdiagnosis of the problem and wasted money. Carlos and the team at Manly located the problem and fixed it quickly and economically. Conversation was polite, friendly, extremely well informed, and helpful. I've had good experiences at Manly in the past and this one was perhaps the best yet. This dealership seems committed to building and maintaining an excellent service department with a first-rate staff. In addition, the large investment in the amenities of a spacious waiting area, wi-fi, shuttle service, etc. are much in evidence and make the visit as painless as possible. I would highly recommend this service department. More

In July, I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me and I had an appt. I came in the other day without an appt., but called first. I was told to come in. Again, 15 minutes for someone to check me in. It takes much longer to be checked in. Do not like it. At least this has been my experience. Everything else is great a, as usual. More
New To Manly Service I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted wit I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted with "someone will be with you shortly". I waited no more than 5 minutes and was met cheerfully by Bill Robertson, one of the Service Advisors. I explained the cars problems to Bill , and within minutes he had a good idea of what the problem probably was. He arranged for me to rent a vehicle from the Agency so I could be quickly on my way to an appointment in Marin. I was contacted shortly after by a text message from Bill pin pointing the problem and he indicated that the part would be ordered and the Ridgeline ready the next day. From the moment I walked in to the Service Department to when I picked up the vehicle the next day , everyone than engaged me had a positive and confident attitude that "we are here to help you " in any way we can. Great job. Thank you ! More

Coupon for 10% discount on service difficult to find in various Manly web pages so be diligent as it took me 11 views before finding the coupon. Even with a coupon the $ 800+ cost for a 60k maintenance on a Honda CRV was bizarrely high. Liked the service but will not return at these prices, shame. Nuff said. Follow-up discussion with store manager who acknowledges the price differential with other service providers. Manly has offered me a credit on a subsequent service which I may avail. More
