A communications lapse I was told this recall replacement would take about 2 hours. Arrived at 1015 for a 1030 appointment. At 1220 I located my Service Rep (David A.). He checked on my car, came back and said it would be about a half hour longer. He said he was leaving for lunch but another person would be monitoring my situation. Aroun 1330 I went outside to see that my car was parked, ready to go. No one contacted about this. Not good service. More
Just average service this time I have been going to Manly Honda for service for many years. Usually everything goes pretty smooth. This visit was not the case. I checked in with their clerk and went to the waiting area. Somehow, I did not get placed on their service queue. After waiting 25 minutes, I went up to Ted and asked if he could take care of my car, which he did. Also, they repeated a service on my car (oil crankcase cleaning) that they did about 10K miles ago. For the car pickup, I was picked up by the shuttle and went for a 40 minute ride thru Santa Rosa, even though I am less than 5 minutes away. When I got to the dealer, car was not ready. Had to wait until 5:30 for the service to be complete. More

I would rather get loaner from Manley, or just wait the 4 hours for my car. I have no complaints about the service on my car other than the expense - very expensive. Your service rep, Jess, was very nice and I left happy. More

I'm told they will try to have my car ready by 11:30. 12 o'clock rolls around so I call to find what the delay is and I'm told it should be another 30 minutes. I said that was unacceptable so he checks with his manager who had my paperwork sitting on his desk but my car's been ready for a while. Sitting in the waiting lobby and interacting with other's waiting I find out this has been happening way too often where it's becoming a norm. More

Going into autumn, when I called Manly Honda's Service Department to protest Honda's failure to come thru and to keep me informed, my complaint was met with a false excuse that the service manager was "forbidden" to discuss the recall. Eventually, I was able to obtain action on my request for service through Manly Honda's General Manager, Jeff Dantzler. When confronted, Jeff did his best to remedy a bad situation; he quickly arranged for my car to receive the replacement airbag inflator. More
Review of service for Honda Civic Hybrid Although I have been a customer here for about 10 years, this time I had to wait more than a week to get a service appointment. When I arrived for th Although I have been a customer here for about 10 years, this time I had to wait more than a week to get a service appointment. When I arrived for the appointment I then had to wait more than 30 minutes until a service advisor was able to see me. He then told me my service would take 2 to 2.5 hours. After waiting for 3 hours I checked with the customer service desk and found that my service advisor had gone to lunch. The customer service rep was able to confirm that my car was ready and took care of the paperwork. While I was waiting for 3 hours I found the music in the waiting area very annoying as I was trying to work and needed to make phone calls. If music is really necessary I would suggest classical music at a low volume and not disturbing rock music. Also there was very little in the way of refreshments. There was no hot water for tea, no cold water or soft drinks and no snacks. Overall it seems that service levels have slipped since you moved into the new building. The old facility was cramped but service was very efficient. I hope that things improve here or I will consider taking my car elsewhere for service. More
