Efficient and helpful My new CRV picked up a nail in one tire. I called Manly Honda about warranty coverage and was told that tire replacement wasn't covered but because th My new CRV picked up a nail in one tire. I called Manly Honda about warranty coverage and was told that tire replacement wasn't covered but because the car had been recently serviced there I was entitled to $150 off a new tire purchase if it couldn't be repaired. I was given the next available appointment and the tire was replaced and the discount applied. This was a very efficient process and I appreciated the discount. More

They originally offered to drive me to work and then drop the car off at my office later in the day, but when I got there they were able to get me a loaner car for the day which was super convenient. Additionally, since the used car I have didn't come with proper floor mats, Paul found some brand new floor mats and just gave them to me. They weren't actually for the type of car I have but they fit perfectly so he let me have them for free. Everyone I dealt with in the detailing department was incredibly friendly and helpful. And I can't forget to mention that the car also looked amazing when they were done with it. More

They fixed it all! I have been going here for the last two years. The service team is excellent! Drop off and pick up are quick and easy.
