quick and easy Showed up for my appointment a few minutes early, gave my name to the woman at the customer care desk (didn't catch her name) she was very polite and Showed up for my appointment a few minutes early, gave my name to the woman at the customer care desk (didn't catch her name) she was very polite and asked me to have a seat int he waiting area until my name was called. Ted (i'm pretty sure that was his name) came to get me pretty soon after and got everything in order. I had a 9 am appointment and was told my car would be ready at about 1030 or 1045, to my surprise the car was ready at 1010 am and i was out of there by 1015. This was a great visit, thank you all for your hard work More

Very Good Experience Had to have the passenger-side airbag replaced in our CRV due to a recall, along with a repair for a steering problem that was still under warranty.
