No worries he said he thought they could fit me in. He also said the parts for the air bag they had been waiting for was also in and he would do the tires, swap out the old air bag parts and also change the oil. By the afternoon I was driving. Thank you Dave and Manly Honda. You make it as painless as possible. More

Most recently, I received a notice from Honda regarding a recall for our 2015 Honda CRV--a software fix. I called the same day and scheduled an appointment within a week or so, notwithstanding that they were probably inundated with similar requests for the software update. I brought the car in and it was ready for me when promised. I was made aware of progress via text messages from my service writer, Jess. Difficult to find much fault with an organization that really tries, not to mention that my 2015 CRV is one of the best cars I've ever owned! More
Treating the Customer Right! Honda requested that all 2016 CR-Vs be brought in for a software replacement. That brought me to Manly Honda early this morning. I experienced exempla Honda requested that all 2016 CR-Vs be brought in for a software replacement. That brought me to Manly Honda early this morning. I experienced exemplary treatment and service. I think I was helped by five different employees all of whom were friendly and efficient. I was greeted immediately upon arrival and escorted to the exact place where I needed to begin the process of getting my car brought up to date. Once the paper work was completed, I was offered a choice between waiting comfortably in a very attractive lounge or being taken to my home via shuttle. I went home, had breakfast and received a phone call exactly two hours later that my car was ready. Then I received a call from the shuttle driver that he would pick me up within 15 minutes to return to the dealership. After receiving the papers verifying the work that was done, I asked if someone could assist me with setting the stations on my radio. No problem! A personable member of the sales staff promptly escorted me to my car and helped me program the radio. I left as a very impressed, happy customer playing music as I headed out to enjoy the rest of my day. Bravo Manly Honda! More

Repairs have been done in a very timely way and all Manly Honda in Santa Rosa has always been a very pleasant experience as far as staff in concerned. I have tried to come to your facility numerous times to get a simple oil change and they are booked out 2 or 3 days ahead so I always use Hansel Honda they are same day every time. I work construction and it's very difficult to schedule an appointment 2 or 3 days ahead of time. The only way that would work for me is if you came to my house picked up the car and bring it back to my house which is very impractical.
