Best experience Ted Krupinsky was my service advisor. And made everything so easy for my son and I to drop off the vehicle. It was a factory recall so I had to get it Ted Krupinsky was my service advisor. And made everything so easy for my son and I to drop off the vehicle. It was a factory recall so I had to get it done to register my vehicle. At first it was an inconvienence but as soon as I got there ted and his staff changed my mind. I have never experienced this level of customer service before. Ted even helped me by carrying my sons car seat to the rental vehicle. Manly Honda always goes above and beyond to make each customer feel comfortable and taken care of. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else More

Unfortunately, Bill was at lunch when I came to pick up my car so I didn't have anyone to run through the service that was completed on my car or to ensure I was charged the correct amount. Had I not said something to the cashier, I would have been grossly overcharged. In my past experiences, I've always had someone run through what was actually done for the service - this time that didn't happen. More

The phone that I am taking the photo with is securely connected to the car, but as you can see, the connection is not working. It is the nature of technological issues that they cannot be duplicated upon command. But fortunately I can give you photographic evidence of what it is doing, which proves the problem. This photo was taken on 11/28/2016, shortly after picking up my car from your service department where I had brought it for - amongst other issues - exactly this problem. Consider this the second attempt within 18,000 miles to get this safety issue addressed. Let me this say. over our 45 year history of buying cars we have always attempted to have a positive and convivial relationship with service departments, and have found most of these departments to be grateful for our business, concerned about any issues, and eager to resolve them. This is the first time we have encountered a service manager who not only displays an adversarial posture toward us - but initiates a relationship that is the equivalent of saying “we may have sold you the car, but we don't give a xxxx about you now. You are on your own, go to American Honda.” It is our hope that someone with a better grasp of customer service than your service manager has exhibited will respond in a way that allows this issue to be resolved.
