excellent service for flat tire I had no appointment, however Bill (not sure if it was last name Petty or Robertson, but I have dealt with both over the years, and are equally great! not so much for sales Dave Ashby was very helpful with getting our 2017 Ridgeline up and running and looking good. But the sales department.......not so much! Here is our story....In late July 2017 we ordered a TWO wheel drive Forest Mist Ridgeline with accessories. Running boards, splash guards,tow package with harness and all season floor mats. The truck arrived Oct.11 at Manly. We got the call that it was in on Sat. Oct. 15.(three or four days later). When we arrived to see the truck(20 mins. later), it still had not been through detail and it DID NOT have any of the accessories put on at the factory. So we will be back Mon. to take ownership. Meanwhile my wife noticed that the truck was a All Wheel Drive. I was too excited to notice. That was $1800. that we didn't have. If we wanted the truck, we had to come up with the $$$$. Manly said they do not order accessories of the factory...? Why did they offer them??? We tried to dicker with them. NO go. We walked out! 30 mins later. Our salesperson call us. Said they found a 2wd in our color and could have it in to days. BUT, it had $4000. worth of accessories. That was way over our budget. We would take the Ridgeline that we ordered if they would give us the running boards and splash guards. They agreed if we paid 15% for them.. NO! So we finally agreed with just the running boards($600.) The truck cost us more than we wanted. But we needed it. There were some problems with the truck. That is where Dave Ashby(service) came to the rescue. Had all the problems fixed. BUT one. The big run in the paint on the drivers side door. I'll keep that to show how bad the paint is!... More

I even went in grumpy once and left feeling better because the folks there make you feel like your experience is important. This is the kind of customer service the nation is sorely lacking everywhere else, old school personal attention, where people that help you are genuinely interested in your concerns and your curiosity about the services and politely treat you professionally. It's not just one guy who impressed me; I have had four different customer service guys take care of me in the past year, and every one was a gem. But one in particular stands way out; I had a recent great experience with Bill Robertson. He was extremely helpful and accommodating and made my experience pleasurable. He explained things very well and offered me options without a hard sale, we had a couple of laughs, and he twice mentioned that if he wasn't available upon my return to pick up the car, where I was to go to get taken care of. The guy is so pleasant that I think I'd want to choose him to take care of me any time I come in! Thanks Bill! More
Luke and Lindsay were great. GoT MY REGULar scheduled lube etc. haD a Burning smell in air conditioner, thought it would be expensive fix.
