Poor Service Process I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, I went to Manly Honda for a simple oil change, had a 2:45 appointment. First, there are 3 service rep desks as you walk in, but you can't go to them, as you need to walk behind them to another service desk. They make you wait for a service rep, who finally came out to check me in at about 3:15. Then they hand you off to another service rep. The simple oil change was finally done at about 5:00. It just seems like a waste to have so many people involved in the process. And the service took much longer than it should. It wasn't that the service rep, Bill, did a bad job. The service process was just very convoluted. More

Best customer service I've ever had I went to manly to inquire about getting a new steering wheel because mine had deteriorated at the top. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted with a smile I went to manly to inquire about getting a new steering wheel because mine had deteriorated at the top. As soon as I pull up I'm greeted with a smile and how's your day. Little things like this go a long way. Then I go inside and speak with a service advisor. Ted Krupinsky set aside some work and helped me and informed me they would take my car in and see what was going on. Even the service manager Luke came out side and looked at the condition of the steering wheel and told me not to worry that manly Honda would take care of me on this situation. He assured me that the repair would be covered under factory warranty. Upon pickup my car wash washed and new steering wheel installed. I have not seen such amazing customer service like this from any business. Manly provided the best experience from the greeter that meets you at the car to the service advisor Ted Krupinsky and all the up to Luke the service manager who took time out of his day to assure me that it would be taken care of and appreciated my business. These three employees are making your service dept stand out from the rest!!!!! More
