Very Good. Your Team is great and I love the new layout; however, I do not like checking with Customer Service and being sent to the waiting room. In July, I waited 20 minutes for someone to greet me and I had an appt. I came in the other day without an appt., but called first. I was told to come in. Again, 15 minutes for someone to check me in. It takes much longer to be checked in. Do not like it. At least this has been my experience. Everything else is great a, as usual. More

New To Manly Service I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted wit I recently moved to Santa Rosa from Marin and experienced a sudden problem with my '07 Ridgeline. I came in without an appointment and was greeted with "someone will be with you shortly". I waited no more than 5 minutes and was met cheerfully by Bill Robertson, one of the Service Advisors. I explained the cars problems to Bill , and within minutes he had a good idea of what the problem probably was. He arranged for me to rent a vehicle from the Agency so I could be quickly on my way to an appointment in Marin. I was contacted shortly after by a text message from Bill pin pointing the problem and he indicated that the part would be ordered and the Ridgeline ready the next day. From the moment I walked in to the Service Department to when I picked up the vehicle the next day , everyone than engaged me had a positive and confident attitude that "we are here to help you " in any way we can. Great job. Thank you ! More

Even with a coupon the $ 800+ cost for a 60k maintenance on a Honda CRV was bizarrely high. Liked the service but will not return at these prices, shame. Nuff said. Follow-up discussion with store manager who acknowledges the price differential with other service providers. Manly has offered me a credit on a subsequent service which I may avail. More
