I rate the service representative as excellent. I would have given an overall excellent rating except for the fact that the dealer's courtesy driver was 45 minutes late in picking me up and did not call to notify me he was running late. Despite that failure to call, the driver was very nice and apologised profusely when he arrived. More

Awesome I normally don't take my car to a dealership for service. They were kind enough to give me a 15% discount when I showed them the 10% coupon. I called Manly on a Saturday, and the next available scheduled appointment was almost a week out. The receptionist, instantly understanding my distress, recommended that I come in first thing Monday. She gave me the "emergency walk-in" script. When I arrived Monday, I was immediately checked in and rapidly routed to Service Advisor Dave Ashby, who I've had the pleasure of working with before. He quickly drew up the paperwork, making sure that I got the partial warranty discount for the prematurely deceased battery. Less than two hours later, I was on my way-amazing! More
