Manly Honda - Service Center

Will go to Petaluma location from now on. Service department needs to work on customer service. I never rarely ever have a decent experience here. Got a flat tire after I complained about not being able to get a rental car when dropping off my car for an oil change. This wouldn’t have been a big deal except I rescheduled for this exact same reason. He honestly didn’t seem to care that I was frustrated. After 2 1/2 hours later I picked up my car and mysteriously had a giant nail on my tire took it immediately back for repair and still couldn’t get a rental. He told me my warranty would only cover half of my tire! Which is odd because in the past it was fully covered! Apparently you can only get great service if you keep your mouth shut otherwise you get a nail placed on your tire. More

Last service went smoothly and they noticed that the rear brakes needed servicing; they took care of that and I was on my way.
