Terrible service! I took my car for routine maintenance and correction of minor items. I had a broken hook for the passenger visor which was repaired I have same probl I took my car for routine maintenance and correction of minor items. I had a broken hook for the passenger visor which was repaired I have same problem with the drivers visor that I had a couple years back. It won’t move out of the down position. I was charged $100 then but now am told it’s the mechanism and it would need to be ordered also the middle storage compartment stays open and needs a spring…also needs to be ordered! Was told I would be contacted when the parts came in… no phone call as I expected. I had a coupon for an oil change that was suppose be $60. When I got home, my display says I have 30% oil life. When I called Justin he said they forgot to reset it and was willing to walk me through how to do it. I don’t even know if I got the service! Additionally I had to leave my car overnight cause they couldn’t get these simple things done. I paid almost $300 and maybe/maybe not got an oil service and a $6 visor hook and still have a broken visor and open compartment. Not only will I never use the Manly service dept again, I will never buy a new car from Manly due to the terrible service dept. More

What should have been a 2 hr service was nearly 5. I don’t know if it’s volume of cars that are being handled or lack of mechanics, but this was way to long in my opinion. Sales- finance- service .. seemed like they might need some sort of relationship manager role.. sales guys are too busy - respect my guy being new b Sales- finance- service .. seemed like they might need some sort of relationship manager role.. sales guys are too busy - respect my guy being new but just real difficult getting ahold of people when im also very busy..ex promissed calls back and and getting called days later.. the only saving grace was a sales manager that went above and beyond and got a car delivered after i was told a date and later was told different dates .. also the rang sales associate got for pending car was incorrect not sales fault but more of back office logistics.. seems like Honda is a different brand then back in 2000 when i had my last one.. I had a 1:30 appointment for my husband's car. I went to the dealer because I wanted an oil change and a brake inspection. Otherwise I tend to go to the carwash for an oil change and wash. They said they wouldn't inspect the brakes without a tire rotation. I almost walked out but wanted the multi point inspection. They said they would text me when they were done with the oil change. I didn't get a text and arrived 20 minutes before they closed at 5:30. She said they hadn't even started yet. They asked if I still wanted the complimentary car wash. I said to forget it. They said they would give me a voucher for a future wash. They didn't give me one. It was done by six and I had screaming kids in the car. Unless I need something special done I will avoid going there for an oil change. More
