I took my key in to have it fixed it was falling apart. The guys there Travis and Bill were so nice! They took it apart, looked for pieces, and worked with it for the longest time until it worked! They took 2. 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. Shyla suggested that it takes longer for service of non-Honda vehicles and that I might want 5 hr. to change oil and rotate tires. Entirely too long. After tire rotation the car pulled to the right because they put two different tires on the left and right front. I had to pay a local tire dealer to fix the problem. More

And, in fact, no one has ever gotten back to me with an explanation, apology and promise to stop this annoying automated and erroneous reminder system. More
