In reviewing my file Jose noticed I had never had the break fluid changed, mind you my car is a 2011. He recommended I have it changed as they usually recommend it being changed every 2 years. Ted, my ser Having an 11 year old vehicle and wanting/hoping to get 11 more, I visited this dealer for info on what needs to be done at 150,000 miles. Ted, my service agent, was extremely helpful in what needed to be done, what could be done and what would be nice to do. He kept me apprised of what was happening and what was found that could be rectified while in the garage or giving me the option to do it later. I opted for doing it all while the car was there. I was extremely happy with the whole process. While pricey, I feel I basically have a new car. I would highly recommend Manly for servicing your Honda. They even paid for Uber rides both ways. More
Remarkable service I brought our Honda CRV for a scheduled service. Ted Krupinsky was my Service Advisor, and I explained that we had just returned from a cross country I brought our Honda CRV for a scheduled service. Ted Krupinsky was my Service Advisor, and I explained that we had just returned from a cross country trip, through 10 states. I told him that after making our gas fill up, we noticed our mileage seem to quickly fluctuate on the dashboard monitor. He asked if we changed the trip odometer, and I admitted we did. He assured me that this is what occurs when you change the trip because the system resets the mileage. I really appreciated Ted’s explanation, and now have a much better understanding of this functionality. He said my car would be available in about an hour and a half, and it was! Ted took time to go over all the key points of the servicing, and was very pleased with the Multi-Point Inspection, which he went over with me. Considering we put 5,500 miles round trip in June, our CRV, which we purchased new in 2015 at Manly Honda, handled the long distance driving exceptionally well! More
