My service adviser, Bill Robertson, is very conscientious, explains everything thoroughly and is a good listener. The actual work on my car at Manly has always been good. Outstanding experience Ted went above and beyond to help me out while my CR-V was in for service. He actively listened to my concerns and was professional & courteous. My car was in for a few hours while I was at work, and Ted arranged a rental car for me to use for the day. The entire process was so seamless, I couldn’t be happier. Uber rides during car service appointments! This dealer building is slick, shiny, and only a few years old. Everyone is super nice and helpful and service appointments are easy to get and fast. They got rid of the shuttle service and now use uber. It had a few hiccups but overall is a really nice change because you're not limited to the shuttle ending at 4 pm. Plus you don't have to wait around for the shuttle. More
