The text message advising me my vehicle was ready was a pleasant twist. As was the ability to pay for my service visit at Bill's station (didn't have to proceed to a cashier). Also, I had pre-ordered some touch-up paint (just in case) and it was waiting for me at the parts desk as promised. All in all, a very pleasurable visit for me and my car. More

Service went far and beyond My 2007 crv was in for a regular service. Asked to check the ac. While working on this my suv wouldn’t turn over. They thought it was my battery and My 2007 crv was in for a regular service. Asked to check the ac. While working on this my suv wouldn’t turn over. They thought it was my battery and switched it out. It wasn’t the battery as the alternator went up in smoke. Had to replac the alternator and the shop was closed the next day. They had to order the alternator and I had no car. Offered me employees pricing and lent me at no cost a new accord (was awesome,didn’t want to return it). Above and beyond for sure. I asked about a complete detail and will set it up soon. My car has no warranty left but because of the great service I had, I will continue to bring my car in for future service and other needs!!!! Sqealing noise to new brakes. I was relieved to know the noise coming from my Honda was just brakes.
