Ted is always my service representative and while I’m confident I would receive good customer service from any of the other representatives, Ted always goes above and beyond to explain every detail to me and keeps me informed through the whole process... without me needing to track him down!! He’s definitely A+ and I will always schedule with him!! Fantastic guy! And the addition of the Uber service is awesome! Such a great addition to the whole process! More

It’s just a little thing I particularly like Manly for for their exceptional customer service. This visit included an oil change, differential fluid replacement and cabin and I particularly like Manly for for their exceptional customer service. Best Experience at Manly Honda, Ever! After my last experience of service, taking about 3 hours waiting for them to install a new microphone, I was worried about going back. But this time, I didn't wait at all to get my oil changed and tires rotated. The service associate was very nice and helpful, and made me forget about the last time I was there. My car was ready within 45 minutes, and the cost of everything was less than a non-dealer oil change place. More
