Always great to run into Cory as well, so helpful when I bought my Civic, and still is. I will be living on the opposite coast, so will have to give up the Manly Honda dealership. The building is beautiful, with tons of room for people to hang out comfortably, enjoy warm cookies, and not have a television blaring in the background (thanks to close captioning). A nice wine bar would be a pleasant addition. I might have to drive my car back to Manly for major service appointments. J More
Exceptional Service Mr. Bill Robertson I have been having my car serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for 16 years. One year into having my car serviced I was blessed to meet Mr. Bill Rob I have been having my car serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa for 16 years. One year into having my car serviced I was blessed to meet Mr. Bill Robertson. Ever since he helped me that one visit, I have requested him for my every service. I do so because Mr. Bill Robertson has a genuine concern that his customers get the services that they need and that their cars will get them to their destinations safely. He proudly shares that he has a family man and would want his family to get the same treatment. Mr. Robertson is a man of integrity and is up front and honest with his customers. Your car is not going to get a service that it does not need. However he is going to see to it that your car gets the service it needs and is done so properly. He does not just check your car in. He follows through from the beginning to the end. As a woman who travels alone, I take great comfort in knowing that my car is dependable. I recently looked into buying a different car. There are much more fancy cars and some of the other dealerships offer loaner cars when your car is serviced. Keep in mind that you do pay for these services when you purchase your car at a much higher purchase price. However, I chose to purchase another Honda. The reason that I did so was due to the service that I receive from Mr. Bill Robertson at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. He makes this an easy process for his customers and genuinely cares that they get exceptional service. That is why I chose to purchase yet another Honda. I would rather have the peace of mind of knowing that my car will get me to where I need need to go safely instead of having a fancy emblem on the front of my car and high end waiting room. As long as Mr. Bill Robertson is working in the Honda service department, I will always drive a Honda. I cannot thank him enough for the excellent service he has given me throughout the years. He is a decent and kind human being. He relates to his customers and genuinely looks out for their welfare. I would be remise if I did not mention the kind ladies at the front desk in the service department. I would also like to give a shout out to Anthony in the Parts Dept. More

I’ve had all of my vehicle service done there and I’m been so pleased with every aspect of my experience. Ted is always my service representative and while I’m confident I would receive good customer service from any of the other representatives, Ted always goes above and beyond to explain every detail to me and keeps me informed through the whole process... without me needing to track him down!! He’s definitely A+ and I will always schedule with him!! Fantastic guy! And the addition of the Uber service is awesome! Such a great addition to the whole process! More
