Hello I wanted to reach to get more clarification on your service visit. I apologize for the wait time, and I understand you paid good money to extend the warranty on your vehicle. We do require our quests to authorize diagnosis for any repair outside the manufacturer's warranty even with an extended warranty until we understand what has failed. We also do not charge for the diagnosis if the repair is covered under the extended warranty, or if our guests pay to have it repaired with us. What I'm confused on is why you would accept an out of the blue "Quessimate" not Estimate from us cause you didn't think you should have to pay diagnosis?, but you went somewhere else and had your vehicle fixed for half of our "Quessimate" when you stated you spent $3000 on a warranty? That's $1500? I'm sure if we were able to actually perform the diagnosis and provide you with a true Estimate, not "Questimate" and because you purchased it from us, we would have fought to do the right thing and try to cover the failed part. I appreciate your time to fill out our rating, but just wanted to see if you could clear up your Rating? Regards, Luke Ammann Manly Honda Service Manager
