Altho they are a bit expensive I can always rest assured my car will come back properly repaired. My only complaint is they no longer wash the car after service. They used to. Something about water use.Toyota washes my Prius. Go figure! More

Customer Service with Hearts Galor Tom Henschel, Justin Allen, and Paul Ciardiello were excellent when I was debating on getting a new car. When Tom found out my husband was in a nursin Tom Henschel, Justin Allen, and Paul Ciardiello were excellent when I was debating on getting a new car. When Tom found out my husband was in a nursing home with Alzheimer's, he was so compassionate and caring. Justin finalized the new car deal and I am very happy with my fourth Honda Accord, with my first one having been bought in 1991. When I found a gash in the front of my new car recently, Tom took care of me again and Justin followed through to make sure that everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership and their Service Department. More

The waiting area is VERY nice, comfortable, and and have plenty of charging station for your services. They also provide free espresso type coffee/tea/water, and a few snacks. Nice touch. I brought work with me and was very productive during my waiting time. More
