During my recent visit, Carlos Martinez was helpful in explaining the process, arranging a free loaner, and in letting me know what work that was done, and what other things would need to be done in the future. I have always found the service staff to be friendly, welcoming, and efficient. Justin Allen from sales also explained that if I was thinking of buying a new car Manly has an upgrade program that refunds the service costs with a purchase. He was helpful in my decision to trade in my old car and buy a new Honda at Manly; and I will certainly continue to have Manly do the service. More

They ordered and paid for an UBER back to my residence. I was in a little bit of a rush and they allowed me to drop off my car earlier than planned. They explained in depth, everything that they recommended for the car and even explained why it was not necessary for other things (saving both time and money). I took it to a private mechanic and all is fixed. Personally, I spent a lot of money at the dealership (same one where I bought the car) and I feel that there should be a loyalty perk of some kind. For example the car is vacuumed or washed free of charge. Just my opinion. I’ll be going to my private mechanic from now on, to save money More
