Manly Honda - Service Center

Rare these days I had made an appt for oil and brakes on my Honda. One of the things that stood out was the time my service advisor took to answer my questions about I had made an appt for oil and brakes on my Honda. One of the things that stood out was the time my service advisor took to answer my questions about my current service. I was also asking about future services I know I’ll be needing and price checks, time it takes etc... what I didn’t realize was there was a long line behind me and my service advisor spent a lot of time with out me feeling like he was busy and needed to move on to next customer. That’s RARE these days. It’s nice knowing service still means something. Mark More

Bill Petty is Awesome! Bill Petty was wonderful in explaining the work that would be done when I brought my Honda in for service, when it would be ready and the cost. He even showed me how to replace the battery on my fob. I waited for my car and received a text as the paperwork was being printed out. I came in for just an oil change and after getting some good advice and recommen Jose Rocha was very attentive and informative from beginning to end! I came in for just an oil change and after getting some good advice and recommendations from Jose, I decided to add a few more maintenance items. At no time did I feel I was getting a 'hard sell' from Jose. He took the time to answer my questions patiently and informatively.
