When I arrived at the Service Check In Counter, the employee was on the phone with another customer so immediately someone else stepped up to check me When I arrived at the Service Check In Counter, the employee was on the phone with another customer so immediately someone else stepped up to check me in and direct me to the waiting lounge, pointing out all the amenities to me. I did not have to wait long before Ted came to greet me and let me know what all the service was to include and the cost involved. It wasn't too much longer before he came back and said that both the engine and cabin filters needed replacement as well as the rear windshield wiper. I was surprised at how quickly he came back and said they were all done and the car was ready. Everyone was friendly, efficient and prompt! Good Job, Manly! More

Ted Krupinsky. is the best Service Representative EVER! I have written many reviews for Ted in the past and he is the main reason I keep getting my poor old Honda serviced at Manly. Ted is honest, efficient, exceptionally knowledgeable and consistently goes the extra mile for his customers. Since I have an older vehicle he always lets me know exactly what I really should have done, and what I don't absolutely need to do (or pay for) which I appreciate immeasurably. Do yourself a favor if you have a Honda and take it to Manly service. Be sure to work with Ted. You'll be glad you did! More

did not calibrate radar correctly paid $450 to have radar sensor aligned and aimed after an accident. The radar detector and mounting bracket are crazy expensive. Cruise control is useless, with many false alarms on collisions ahead. Maddening. ADDENDUM. When I reported the issue to the body shop, they quickly took care of the issue. I received a call from Bill within an hour to make an appointment. He was super nice. They kindly put me into a free car so that I did not have to wait at the dealership. They recalibrated the radar sensor. It's better than it was, but still get about 5 false BRAKE warnings per hour, and the vehicle still tracks the car in the left lane when the radar distance is set at maximum. Unfortunately, they reported to me that this was similar to how other similarly equipped cars perform, and I think this is about the best that they can do. It is definitely worse than before the accident and worse than the loaner car that I drove. Unfortunately, I'll have to find some other specialist to see if they can improve things, or fiddle with it myself. I'll update this review if someone can improve things better than the dealer repair. More
