Unusual diagnosis My car broke down on a vacation and was towed to Manly. They told me my brake system had somehow gotten contaminated with motor oil, something that a My car broke down on a vacation and was towed to Manly. They told me my brake system had somehow gotten contaminated with motor oil, something that almost never happens. I called my regular mechanic back home and asked him about this; he was very skeptical and suggested that I have it towed to his shop, 50 miles away. I did so. After looking at the car, he concluded that Manly's diagnosis was correct, that they figured the problem out surprisingly quickly, and that the relatively small price they charged for the diagnosis was very reasonable. Ordinarily, private mechanics have nothing good to say about the dealer, as anyone knows who has listened to Click and Clack. The fact that my mechanic thought Manly did a good job seems like a good reason to go there. My only complaint is that it took a very long time to get the car checked in when I first arrived in the tow truck. More

Consistent! I have owned 3 cars over the last 13 years, each one a Honda, and I have always had them serviced at Manly. I love getting the coupons in my email right around the time i need to make an appointment and that the service adviser knows which one will work best for me that day. I also like the new text update feature, I mean who likes talking on the phone anymore. I always come back to Manly for service because i want the straight story and no hassle. More

I thought Toyota was great and it saddens me when my next vehicle purchase was the Honda I thought I would miss the Toyota dealership. These guys and gals are happy to welcome back! There waiting area is clean quiet it even has a place for kids serves good coffee and chocolate chip cookies. If they tell you it’s going to take an hour and a half it takes an hour and a half ....they are fast efficient, but most of all they all have smiles on their faces!!!! It’s obvious it’s a happy environment for them to work and I love supporting happy environments I hope you do too . More

It definitely lowers my level of trust in the Service Dept.----not paying enough attention to the instructions on the work order!!! More
